Are You Republican?

What does republican and democrat break down into anymore? It just seems like a rivalry with little to know beliefs behind it. Perhaps the answer is not republican or democrat but somewhere in between. There are not 2 categories that could ever sum up the entire USAs beliefs. Here I am left with two choices in life, what a grand ordeal. Do I wish to be this one or that one? How about I choose my own destiny. But not enough people could ever think in this positive of a way. I realized the other day when I was totally blown from mind altering substances that most other countries have more then TWO sets of ideals. I can’t really represent anything myself but the average joe gonzo writer. But fuck it, who will care anyways. Why do I press myself to figure out peoples thoughts. I think being a republican is fine, if you believe in capatalism from a representative view, not as we the people. Being a democrat is just as fine too I guess. They all just want our money. Think about it what do you all really have? A house, a job, a wife or husband? what have you got to lose? your money. I wouldn’t normally disrupt a blog like this with my janter and rambles however I was linked here by a website requesting gonzo writers to post there thoughts. I could not say no.

Well, that was certainly non-commital. I could go through point by point but what would be the point? You sound like one of those “it doesn’t matter” types.

Well, you couldn’t be more wrong.

To vote Republican these days, when they are unchecked by anything except the filibuster, is to say you don’t give a shit about the environment, privacy, open governmnet, the military, foreign relations, jobs, deficits, health care, or a whole host of other things that can’t just be summed up as money. We have a lot to lose to these robber barons, and the Republican party is so corrupt compared to Democrats it’s not even funny.

Plus, now with Howard Dean raising money from normal working people, Democrats will be less beholden to special interests, since they don’t have to depend on them for campaign cash.

So, please, snap out of it. Go read some good left wing blogs by tough guys, like the Daily KOS:

I came here via a search engine. I’m looking for Christian Q & A.

I don’t understand the parent post regarding two parties. I’ve been a registered Libertarian for approximately 18 years now. And a good friend of mine openly admits to voting for Ross Perot a couple elections ago. A) There aren’t two parties, just lots of people who feel the other parties don’t have a chance, so don’t give them a chance. B) I don’t recall reading anywhere in the bible how one should go about voting. Two bible passages come to mind. i) “give to Ceasar what is Ceasars” (Matthew 22:21) ii) “the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. ‘All this I will give you,’ he said, ‘if you will bow down and worship me.’” (Matthew 4:1-11) With the obvious question being, how can the devil give away kingdoms? And similarly, isn’t a “kingdom” a type of government? Things that make you go hmmmm

You all are out to lunch with no real food to eat.

You all lack the understanding that some people want a conflict between two sides (War always has two sides).
It is another simple human behavior to choose sides (Like a football game) why choose a side.

Choosing sides can change over one lifespan. I get to choose what sides to be on today and it may change in the future. So, tell the truth just pick a side. Just hope it is not the loosing side.

Today and more than like in the future is seems it is the left (Democrats)

Wake up; no one wants people in DC who just take all of our money and waste it for social agendas of a make-believe perfect equality of economical classes.

This equation do not exist DNE, Take money from the Rich = More money For the Poor

This common mantra for the Democrats and has never helped a poor person obtain a job to get him out of poverty.

Stop your left view or right view and let people just view the world, politics and life for themselves.

All of you, who put anything else, have an agenda to control, and take from those who just follow (like cows) and fall into your views, which all logic says is wrong.

If my view is wrong, than the other view is wrong, and neither equal each other

Reduce Income Tax (Make a Fair Tax), Enforce Criminal Laws and make tougher prison sentences, and shorten death row appeals, Private SS accounts that Government can’t touch, cut wasteful social programs that achieve no independence from government systems. Limit Federal government involvement in State rights. Keep Federal Government limited to the constitution to only support it minimal role, provide national army, public infrastructures, and an assemble for the peoples voice to be heard (Congress). Everything else is the states responsibility.

Leave God in our historical documents, schools books, government and anything that is public.

Infulence people to take charge of their lives, and make something of it.

Say bye bye to your extremist left views and welcome to a Moderate Mainstream Thoughts (The Majority Rules in the U.S.)
